well after a few weeks of no art because of various camps that Ive gone to, I finally cracked down on making a solid character image. This girl is Lyrica, the female lead in my anime Fiction Blade. There was a lot about her that I had to sort out as I was drawing this picture. For 1, I couldnt settle on a name until yesterday. I wanted a mysterious sounding name that related to her character description, and since she plays music, I thought the name fit rather well. Also, designing her outfir was a hassle. I kepr going back and forth between rocker and goth, but I never could get the two to match right. Im happy with how she looks now though. I wont tell you a lot about y her right arm has a mouth except that it relates a lot to her back-story.
